Sauna events

During the sauna events Aufguss ceremonies are held in the mixed Finnish sauna and peelings in the steam bath.

During each session, three different but harmonising oils are explained, infused and waved by the Aufguss master. The ice balls sprinkled with pure essential oils are placed on the sauna heater, the ice breaks and the fragrance is released. The events offer celebrated and decelerating Aufgüsse in the Finnish sauna and peelings in the steam bath.

Refresh yourself after the Aufguss with a glass of infused water and enjoy delicious fruit skewers from the Obere Au sports restaurant.

Discover the Aufguss- and peeling programme.

• Celebrated Aufguss: The steam mixes with the fragrances and is waved to different music styles. The perfect celebration ensures a special heat climax.
• Time-out Aufguss: Take some time out and slow down your body and mind with classic waving techniques accompanied by relaxing, meditative music.
• Steam bath peeling: During this health-promoting body treatment, the high-quality salt is absorbed into the open pores of the skin. The sauna master ensures pleasant air circulation with special waving techniques.
• Culinary delights: After the Aufguss and peelings, try various refreshing waters flavoured with fruit and herbs and a selection of fine fruit skewers from the Obere Au sports restaurant.
