Description
Are you ready for a workout that pushes you to your limits and is maximum fun at the same time? Then fitness boxing is just the thing for you!
The training session begins with an intensive warm-up: targeted exercises for your core, abdomen and neck strengthen your muscles and prepare you optimally for the workout. Your circulation gets going, your energy levels rise - and you are ready for the next round! In group training, you will work on your boxing technique, strength and speed. In sweat-inducing sessions, you practise movement sequences, improve your fitness and develop your punching power.
Feel the energy, increase your fitness and experience the real boxing feeling!
For young people aged 12 and over and for adults. Bring along: Indoor gym shoes, water bottle, towel. In the group fitness room in the basement of the Obere Au indoor pool building.
