Sauna event with Aufguss ceremonies

During our sauna events Aufguss ceremonies are held in the mixed Finnish sauna and peelings in the steam bath. During each session, three different but harmonizing oils are explained, infused and waved by the Aufguss master. The ice balls sprinkled with pure essential oils are placed on the sauna heater, the ice breaks and the fragrance is released. On offer are celebrated and decelerating Aufgüsse in the Finnish sauna and peelings in the steam bath.

Refresh yourself after the Aufgüsse with a glass of infused water and enjoy delicious fruit skewers from the Obere Au sports restaurant.
