The God Helps Foundation is organising a Ugandan evening at the Kulturpunkt in Chur together with the Migration and Worldwide Church Office. There will be culinary specialties from Uganda and a lecture on the aid project God Helps Uganda, an exhibition with African handicrafts and lots of African music.

The learning pool in the outdoor pool is completely available to children. The pool is equipped with various play equipment such as rings, noodles, boards, climbing equipment etc. And the slides are also great fun!

The regular play afternoons in the outdoor pool on Wednesdays and Saturdays only take place when the weather is fine.

In his work as SAC tour guide of the Rhaetia section, he accompanies people into the beautiful nature of Graubünden. He is also parish president of the Catholic parish of Chur. Philipp Gurt was born in 1968 as the seventh of eight children of a poor mountain farming family in Graubünden and grew up in various children's homes. Gurt wrote short stories as a teenager, followed by his first novel at the age of twenty. He has always had an intimate relationship with nature, which was also to shape his highly atmospheric writing. His connection to the canton of Graubünden, where he still lives today as a freelance writer, can be felt in each of his novels.

What does being queer mean as a young person today? In this book, 15 children and adolescents who move outside of classic gender stereotypes talk about their lives: the elementary school child who knows exactly that he is a girl, even though everyone thinks he is a boy. The gay teenager in the countryside who is isolated at school and finds like-minded people in the chat. And the non-binary activist who confidently carries her "false sexuality" to the outside world.

Christina Caprez is a sociologist and historian, was an editor at Radio SRF 2 Kultur and now works as a freelance journalist and author. She lives near Zurich.

A special highlight: On Friday, 20 June 2025, between 12.00 and 12.45 p.m., the 6th stage of the Tour de Suisse Men will start from the Stadthalle car park area in Chur to Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Together with the Bike Kingdom E-Bike Festival, the Tour de Suisse men's starting stage offers the people of Chur and the surrounding area an attractive cycling bike experience weekend.
