Asphalt circuit with 10 banked curves and 42 bumps. Pumping is fun! On the pump track you will learn how to control your bike well even in tight curves and over waves. The use is permitted with all sports equipment with wheels or castors without motor drive. Wearing a helmet is mandatory. Otherwise, the information boards must be observed.

For sports enthusiasts – You can indulge in “ball sports” in our tennis hall all year round on four tennis courts. During the summer semester you shoot shuttles through the air on two badminton playing fields. Lovers who love it a little faster can let off steam in the four squash boxes. Tennis lessons, tennis tournaments, affordable rental prices and a selected range of sports equipment complete the offer at the Sportcenter Fünf-Dörfer.

The courts and clubhouse of the Zizers Tennis Club are located in one of the most beautiful spots in the Chur Rhine Valley: the "Stöckli" is on the upper edge of the village of Zizers.
