For larger orders of wine and meat, please contact us by telephone.
Sometimes we come up with the idea of trying something new. We also offer seasonal products, such as garlic in all its forms, walnuts, sweet potatoes and other vegetables, as well as our own roasting fat and fresh pasture-raised geese.
Selected products such as pasta, preserves, hemp products and teas from our organic farmer friends are also available in the farm shop. All organic and regional, of course!

ROTAUF was born out of the idea of doing good for people and the environment. They follow this commitment to this day - with consistent passion. Since 2013, the brand from Chur has been pursuing the goal of creating high-performance clothing that is both socially and ecologically responsible. ROTAUF was one of the first outdoor brands to dispense with PFC impregnations – a trend that many are now following. In 2016, they joined the strict Greenpeace Detox Commitment and banned over 430 hazardous chemicals from their production. ROTAUF is the only Swiss outdoor brand and one of 3 brands worldwide to take this consistent step. With Bünder wool from Disentis, ROTAUF uses a locally available wool as a highly functional fleece, which proves how by-products of animal husbandry can be used sensibly.

In the self-service farm store, customers can find a selected, seasonal range of products from the farm 5 days a week. Pastries such as nut and Linzer tarts, fresh meat (frozen) and dried meat, bee honey, farm ice cream, alpine cheese and much more. - If you have time, you can linger in the adjoining Besenbeiz with a fine coffee roasted in Untervaz and a slice of cake from the farm bakery.

After almost 60 years, Chur has a coffee roastery again, in the middle of Chur's old town. Since March 2021, QuintaCoira roasts its coffee every Monday at Herrengasse 9 in Chur - spectators are always welcome. In addition to many other specialties and espresso machine sales, guests are of course also treated to the finest coffee from the barista. LatteArt courses can also be booked at QuintaCoira.  Everything about coffee in the middle of the old town of Chur, a visit is worthwhile. The store is also located in Herrengasse.

Dani Schwarz hat seine Passion zum Beruf gemacht: Nach vielen Jahren in der Informatik ist er jetzt Sommelier und betreibt in der Churer Altstadt den Laden «gust». Als Weinfachmann SFS/ASSP, diplomierter Sommelier SFS/ASSP und diplomierter Käsesommelier gibt Daniel Schwarz sein Wissen gerne weiter.
