One sector, six inhabitants, one voice that protects everyone. K.I.N.G., the artificial intelligence, ensures security and entertainment. Outside is darkness. Danger. Certain death. The last survivors of the Great Fear are spread across the world in small groups and networked thanks to K.I.N.G. Their everyday life is fulfilled: producing content, consuming content. But when an unexpected mistake disrupts the routine, the questions begin to grow. Is there any truth beyond K.I.N.G.'s words?

A biting speculation about digital dependence and against the disappearance of the analogue imagination.

Sushi is considered the trendy dish of Japanese cuisine in many places. With a little dexterity, you will soon be able to prepare it yourself. All you need is the fine Japanese sushi rice and ingredients such as fish, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, eggs and more. You will learn about the production techniques and preparation methods of different types of sushi, learn how to make maki, nigiri, etc., and get recipes to make sushi yourself at home.

Asian cuisine is characterized by cheerful colorfulness and intense flavor. They cook traditional Asian dishes with and without meat or fish. You will learn how to prepare spicy, spicy or fruity dishes. You can expect exotic compositions that simply smell wonderful.

The musicians Felix Rüedi and Mario Giovanoli from Chur as well as Simon Steiner from Lavin have dedicated themselves to the metallic-spherical sound of the handpan with their trio. In combination with flutes, electric bass, percussion and vocals, Calabrun draws from a colorful pool of styles, which ranges from West African rhythms to fusion jazz and free improvisation.

The Rhaeto-Romanic language has a special aesthetic with its soft sound, melody and rhythm. No one knows how to exploit this potential of language better than the author and artist Flurina Badel (Graubünden Literature Prize 2025 for the novel "Tschiera"). Among other things, she has found a modern approach to language with her volume of poetry "tinnitus tropic" and lets it shine anew. These two independent art worlds now meet in the Cantonal Library and together seek new ways of expression.

The event will be held in German and Romansh. Due to the limited number of participants, registration for the event is required.

Surprise your guests with homemade Italian antipasti. Everyone knows the traditional zucchini alla griglia, Carciofi sott'olio, Melanzane alla griglia, Peperoni arrostiti or Pomodori secchi. Here you will also get to know lesser-known antipasti creations.

The spring exhibition is dedicated to woodcuts - a cross-section of prints from the last 120 years or so by Giovanni Giacometti, E. L. Kirchner, Hermann Scherer, Paul Camenisch, Albert Müller, Martha Cunz, Philippe Bauknecht, Georg Peter Luck, Bruno Gentinetta, Emil Hungerbühl, Renato Oggier, Per Kirkeby and many more. The exhibition is complemented by two works on loan from the Franz Gertsch Museum, as well as works by contemporary artists Gian Häne and Ruth Pleschko.
