Philipp Fankhauser's Something tour starts on March 7, 2025 with the record launch at the Theater National Bern. His new album "Ain't That Something" will be released on the same day. We are thrilled with the new songs. Listening to it has never been as worthwhile as it is with this album. Accompanied by his five traditional musicians, the Philipp Fankhauser concerts are always a mixture of popular songs and new music.

Join the choir fémina's under the direction of Andrés Heredia on a musical journey through different countries of our world. We start with songs from England, Andalusia, Germany, Poland, Iceland and Africa. After a break, we return to Switzerland and dedicate ourselves to Swiss songs in the four national languages. The concerto will be sung a cappella.

The renowned Bernese brothers with roots in Graubünden present both cello concertos written by Dmitri Shostakovich and thus a concert evening full of intensity and drama. The dancing virtuosity of the first concerto (Patrick Demenga) contrasts with the darkness and depth of the second (Thomas Demenga). Together, the two works provide a fascinating insight into the emotional world of the great Russian composer during the thaw period after Stalin's death. The concert evening will open with Igor Stravinsky's Pulcinella Suite from the neoclassical ballet of the same name, based on a Neapolitan story.

After a long hiatus, ILS PASSIUNAI, Pascal Gamboni's first Romansh band, will return to the stage in 2025. Founded by Gamboni and Curdin Brugger, they have enriched the Rhaeto-Romanic music scene with albums such as SEN PLAZ SCOLA (1997) and STEILAS DA GREP (2001). Songs like "BATTESTA", "MIU DE" and "STAD" have become classics that are still a part of the culture today.

"The music we made back then means something to many people," says Gamboni. "It is touching to see that it also reaches the new generations." In 2025, the band will perform with a new line-up: Veleria Zangger (drums), Rees Coray (bass) and Isabella Fink (cello). The concerts promise not only the old hits, but a unique experience for all those who love ILS PASSIUNAI.
